Pulling out the weeds

Have you ever noticed how you don't have to plant weeds?  They just grow.  Anywhere, everywhere, with no effort at all.  Now try planting some beans and pumpkins, and suddenly you're in a fight.  People want to steal them.  Fungi, birds, snails attack them. Weeds try to kill them. If there were a market for weeds then farming would be a breeze.  It's the same with life.  Junk - food, music, clothes, sex, toxic people.  They're everywhere.  Not so with quality stuff which requires work, effort, sweat and struggle.  And people try to kill it.  Suggest a good idea and see how quickly people try to beat it down.  Didn't Jesus tell people that they have value, they were worth something, that God loved them and didn't they kill him for it?  So, you are being roasted because you refuse to be a weed.  That's perfectly okay.  It's only the good stuff that get's cooked anyway.
